Peewee tries out a little bit of frozen snack. Mmmmm!
Gotta love it! All this snow is pure bliss for my Thinglets! Its definitely a bit early for a practical adult like me to be thrilled about the white stuff BUT… I can’t help my enthusiasm when I see just how much fun it is for them.
Here is a peek into our week. Snow before Thanksgiving isn’t all that unexpected but this much is a rare treat. I do believe we are in for the long haul.
I told the Thinglets to get their kicks in early, expecting it to melt within a day or two. Thumbs up for sledding in November! My favorite birthday party as a kid was a sledding party when I was about 10 due to an early winter. I don’t remember one since. Sledding party or early winter? I’ll let you decide.

Captain Obvious wrote a school paper on the joys of sledding. Complete with instructions on making the best track. Secret ingredient… DAD!
This little guy can make me laugh and cry all in the space of about thirty seconds. “WAIT FOR ME BOYS!” Of course, we can never find socks, boots, gloves… half the time I can’t find him though I can always hear his shrill protests. SIGH, someday he’ll find his own boots and I’ll be out of a job.

LOVE LOVE LOVE That fuzzy hood baby picture
So cute!! You make the cutest babies….:)
Too funny Jo!
Wonderful pics. Did you get a new lens? We enjoyed two days of snow, then it melted. After living in snow for nearly three decades, I only like a few days of it. Our snowman became a hat, scarf and carrot in the front yard.
The thought of that makes me giggle.
No new lense I’m just getting better with my camera! Feeling more confident and learning some tricks.
Love the pics….your kids are so adorable!! Especially loving the new coat:)
Did I tell you about that? I had a gift cert from when she was born and I’ve not been able to find anything at Macy’s that we needed. FINALLY, she really did need a coat so I only had to pay shipping. Which was WAY too high for the size/cost of the item. I will not shop Macy’s again without real cause. But I’m lovin the coat too!
So cute…..your daughter (i can’t remember her screen name) lol……….anyways she looks so beautiful.
great pics. Your kids are too cute, and isn’t it fun to watch your kiddos get excited about the snow?
